Desperately needing a break from a school project, me and a couple of friends hit up Smugglers Cove for a burger and beer. Not gonna lie, these were some damn fine burgers. Both the guys I was with ordered the bison burger–Cajun style–which looked fantastic, and I ordered the chicken burger. The only thing I've had that rivals this poultry patty is the burger down at the Local. Unlike the Local though, Smuggler's Cove sticks a whole chicken in there–it's massive. The pub itself is nice. It's got a down to earth vibe, and is small enough that you don't feel like your at a feeding trough.
