Terms of Use
The ground rules for using this website, kept short because it’s a pub website.
Using this site
This website is run by Smugglers' Cove Pub to tell you about the pub: the menu, the specials, our hours and how to find us. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Menu, prices and hours
We keep this site up to date, but menus, prices, specials, taps and hours change, sometimes faster than the website does. The menu and prices at the pub on the day are the ones that count. If you’re making a special trip, give us a call at (250) 477-2688 first.
Bookings
A booking request sent through the contact form or by email isn’t confirmed until we reply. For a guaranteed table, please call us.
Online ordering
The Order Online button takes you to our ordering partner, Moduurn. Orders and payments placed there are handled through Moduurn under their own terms, not these ones.
Alcohol
We only serve and sell alcohol to guests 19 and over, the legal drinking age in British Columbia, and we may ask for ID. Please drink responsibly.
Photos and content
The photos, logo, text and design on this site belong to Smugglers' Cove Pub or are used with permission. You’re welcome to share a link to any page, but please ask us before using our photos or content anywhere else.
Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, such as Google Maps, Facebook, Yelp and Moduurn. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.
No guarantees
We do our best to keep this site accurate and online, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Smugglers' Cove Pub is not liable for any loss that comes from using this site or relying on what it says.
Your privacy
How we handle anything you send us is covered in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time, and the date below shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
